Well, for the past 2 weeks I have been on the 3 Week Diet from Brian Flatt, and I have to say that it works great. I love to listen to music, so I purchased the audiobook so I can listen to it anytime and to be honest I get really busy sometimes and reading just ends up being in the latter half of my day. Anything about reading a book or primarily a book about a diet before bed would do like most books and put me right to sleep.

The audiobook is great to have for anytime use, any free time that you have and helps you obtain the knowledge quicker in my opinion.

It may seem like she got pretty simple advice but there is a wealth of knowledge that Brian has put together to make this a great reason you should do the 3 Week Diet. I think the best part of it all is the guarantee that Brian offers with his plan. Brian Flatt really makes this a no risk product and as someone who is currently using the 3 Week Diet, I see this coming in handy for future use as well.
Great idea for gifts as well but I think once you try it then you will keep it for yourself and tell them to get their own.

That is awesome that you lost 10 pounds in two weeks! I have actually changed my eating habits a couple weeks ago after stumbling across the 4 hour body.
In the first 8 days I lost about 5 pounds and 1.3% body fat. I haven’t done another measurement in a while but I also lost inches around my waist, arms and legs.
Do you know how this diet compares to other main stream diets, as far as what you can actually eat?

Great to hear from you, to answer your question, it really lays out a template to guide you to proper nutrition and a quantity. As well as giving a exercise plan to help you understand what to do to help shed the weight off.
