To Vegan Or Not To Vegan – That Is The Question
Similar to vegetarians, vegans do not eat meat, fish, or poultry but somewhat different than vegetarians they added in other elements such as not eating any animal by-product meaning dairy, eggs, honey and vegans also do not use anything made from animals such as soaps, cosmetics, wool, or fur. T
his may leave asking yourself why to turn to veganism, well there are many different reasons why people turn to veganism such as health, ethical reasons, or even environmental reasons. One great example of an ethical or environmental reason is the fact chickens are sold as meat when getting too old and not able to lay eggs for human consumption.
Vegans avoid these types of situations because of the conditions related to other products and the production of those products.
Many people who are vegans tend to pick this lifestyle to be more humane and a sense of caring for the world around them, knowing that they may only have a small impact but are doing their part in this effort. Even with these types of beliefs, these are not the only reasons people become vegan. Some people turn to being vegan to live a cleaner eating lifestyle and to try to reduce certain allergies, or just to detox their body from the way food is handled these days.
Either way, proper nutrition is key on any diet and being vegan can make it harder to get some nutrients such as protein, while other nutrients on the vegan diet are much cleaner and easier to get. I will discuss a little about a healthy source of protein for vegans or people trying the vegan lifestyle to maintain a better body weight or physical appearance.
Earth Grown Nutrition – Hemp
There are two different kinds of protein isolates produced form hemp, edestin is one of them and albumin is another.
The only plant to produce
In vegan diets, it is harder to find a good source of protein which leads to lower levels of blood albumin or in other words blood plasma and can lead to weakness or a constant feeling of fatigue. Consuming a plant-based protein like hemp which has high contents of albumin helps boost your body’s ability to synthesize it, offering a complete health benefit of a complete protein.
There are Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega- 9 benefits to hemp protein as well. It is actually a great source of the nutrient Omega-3 which provides your body with all the fatty acids that it needs. The hemp plant is known for all kinds of benefits and most of the time people do not think of the plant’s nutrient value from protein to omega-3, too easy digestion.
Also being allergen free it is an all natural way to aid in a vegan lifestyle diet to obtain the proper nutrients. Onnit has a product called Hemp force protein which is really for anyone who just wants to have a better tasting alternative to the traditional protein supplements.
Plant Based Protein – Hemp Force Protein Supplement
Well it is official, there is a better alternative protein for vegans to easily obtain their daily intake of protein without having to spend an arm and a leg at special restaurants, Hemp force is a more cost effective alternative which is a plant based protein made from real hemp and hemp seed along with almonds, flax seed, and chai seed. A delicious product that doesn’t have to be mixed with milk or any diary products so it can be 100% vegan approved.
What could be better than an earth grown product such as Hemp force to obtain your daily intake of protein or even just for a quick snack between meals? Honestly is tofu the answer? I don’t think so at all, even if you like the taste of some tofu products they still get old if that is your go to item and wouldn’t it be better to have a tasty alternative?
Hemp Force Protein – My Personal Experience
As I am not a vegan myself, I still enjoy the benefits of the vegan way of eating to obtain proper nutrients and also help maintain a proper weight. In other articles I have described the time in my life were I stay on a completely Paleo diet.
However through the years of learning nutrition I have discovered exactly what is the best fit for me so as I mix Dolce Whey with Hemp Force protein to obtain a good morning shake to start off my day, it is primarily because I know exactly what my body need to get the best results.
As I have tested the vegan lifestyle before and found that it can be one of the hardest diets to obtain proper nutrients so from my experiences. It is only fair to share my findings and success with you so that you can have better knowledge on what might be the best for you and part of my success is by using Onnit’s Hemp Force protein.
I highly recommend Hemp Force protein to anyone who struggles with obtaining a solid source of nutrients because a plant-based earth grown nutrients add so much value that you truly have to try it for yourself to see the results.
I can ramble on about my results and how other products has helped me all day but until you try Onnit’s Hemp Force protein line then you truly are cheating yourself from a great solution to being healthy and having good fitness. Really, what do you have to lose by trying it? Probably nothing if you were anything like me, Ii used to live in GNC and stores like that hunting for the answers but sadly they are not there.
