Can I build a better core easily?
Like most people, I have a day job that is very demanding and it can get to the point where it is hard to find the proper amount of time to do anything. Truth be told, you only need about 10 minutes in the morning and maybe 10 at night a few hours before bed. These are some of the best core exercises beginners and are easy to do, I would not push myself when it comes to your core muscles.
A few benefits to cores exercises are:
- Prevent injuries
- Better posture
- Building platform for heavy lifting
- Heightened balance
- Faster recovery time from muscle fatigue
- Body awareness
Take it one step at a time even if it is small workouts, the results will come. The more you do the exercises the easier they get and the better results will come so do not push yourself when it comes to exercising your core muscles.
I have read a lot of articles about what exercises to do and also not to overdo those exercises also. Kind of a misleading description if you ask me so I will quickly show you what I have found in this regard. I wake up in the morning fairly early to get ready for my day, around 3 am to be to work by 5am, doesn’t seem like the prime time to work out but 10 minutes in the morning of stretching and a few core exercises will leave you with the edge you need for the day along with increasing weight loss or just maintaining weight.
My morning plan
I get up at 3am then do the normal stuff like shave and brush my teeth then I take about 5 minutes to stretch and loosen up just a bit.After I do the morning stretching then I do a five-minute plank to help build my core.
This may be hard at first so the time limit for each is completely up to you until you get your core strength up. A lot of people including myself were surprised at the reaction their body gave during the 5-minute plank exercise but I will say after a few weeks, you will feel like a younger stronger you.
Form a habit, if you want to workout before work but are not a morning person, you may want to set a 4 week period of time and force yourself to get up 15 minutes earlier than normal. Do any exercise that you want as long as it is and physical activity but make it easy so that you do not burn out and lose the interest in getting up earlier.
Studies show that people that workout in the morning is the most productive in their daily activities.
I highly recommend stretching as one of your exercises to start your day off with a loose feeling instead of being tight and uncomfortable from your muscles being too tight.
I know I did and I haven’t stopped since I am not saying that every morning do these exercises but at least 5 out 7 days of the week. You will notice a difference after the first few weeks.
After all, we are not serious about better ourselves if we cannot invest 10 minutes in the morning to our body’s health.
