One of the key reasons that I have had so much success is that I have been willing to try different diets or eating habits which gave me the ability to know what are the healthy foods for me to eat and what are foods that I can’t eat or don’t want to eat so supplements are the best route.

The Paleo diet is considered by some, one of the healthiest ways you can eat these days due to the nutrition from this diet and the elements that it cuts out of your eating habits. The Paleo diet if you do not cheat while on the diet, works with your body’s natural genetics to help you get lean, strong and full of energy. This diet is primarily based on foods that were eaten by early humans like the caveman era, these eating habits consist of such foods as meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits but restrict dairy, grain products, heavily processed food from your diet. The Paleo diet is basically an eating habit that relies on all natural foods whether they are cooked or not cooked but with zero added sugars, preservatives, or heavy starches.
