There are a lot of benefits to exercising such as making you smarter, younger, and more successful which some people will tend to disagree however that is not the case.
If you listen to those people then you might want just to sign your life over to someone else that just wants themselves to feel equal by hindering everyone else’s growth so be your own critic and take a challenge to see what you can achieve.
I prime example is if you were to run a race with a group of people that have never raced before then you will most likely do well in that race. However, the time it takes you to finish that race may be your best because there is no push. With that being said, if you were in a race with a group of people that ran marathons all through the year then you will most likely finish last but the time it takes you to finish that race will be much better.
The difference is that in the first race is that you were not challenged or even put in an uncomfortable situation to make your brain realize that you can do better and give you the energy or the effort to try harder. With this example being said, you can easily see how being around people that are better than you can improve your ability each and every way, in turn, making you more successful.
As far as making you younger, that pertains to a body in motion tends to stay in motion. Meaning that the more often that you workout or exercise that you will re-ignite a fire that is deep inside of you to have more energy and kick those bad habits such as the couch potato syndrome.
Not only do you increase your metabolism and energy levels when you work out and exercise but you generally start to gain fun health activities to do with your family and friends.
When it comes to being smarter, I am talking about the increased blood flow to the brain and the motivation that you will get from exercising. There is also great a supplement that I personally use which has helped myself really improve my memory retention and ability to learn better by also retaining what I have learned.
I have been able to truly open up new opportunities in my career by taking this supplement, things that used to be hard are now easy and my goals are set higher than they have ever been. I am a firm believer that things do not get easier, we as people tend to get better making the perception of things being easy.

Lee,
Nice to hear from you, I am a firm believer in being physically fit as it gives us the ability to do more than we ever imagine. There always comes a time in our life when we have to do something that we don’t think that we can do and if you are physically fit then this betters our chances of doing that task that you once deemed that you couldn’t.
Thanks,
Shane
As an occasional exerciser, I really absolutely 100% agree with you. Consistent exercise really can make you younger and more energized. I usually do elliptical workouts for an hour and crunches for a few minutes and I feel like I’m holistically 10 years younger. I really feel the difference and thats why I resonate with what your saying.
Ariel,
Nice to hear from you and I am glad to hear that you agree, exercise is a lost art to some people in this rat race that we live in these days. It good to hear that when other people have a passion around health and fitness as I do.
Thanks,
Shane
