If it doesn’t challenge you then it doesn’t change you.
The old saying stands true if it doesn’t challenge you then it doesn’t change you. In everyone’s life, we hit that point where we want to better ourselves, and we start searching for answers in all kind of strange places, some correct for us and some not so much. I tend to collect the views of all and try them myself if it is with in my belief and then if they are successful, I share them on an article for everyone to know what seems to be working the best and what is not. Everyone has a different body type so in some instances what works for me may not work for you but in generally there are a lot of topics that are one for all topics that other people want you to believe just to make a sale.
I will say this, on this website where do I make recommendations on what I see work for me and what I see work for other people but is not design as a sales site or what the industry calls a pass-through site. I am 100% honest with what I recommend whether it be for dieting, building muscle, recovery, or just proper nutrition. The focus of this article is to see what drives you to reach your goals if you have anything that does. For most people there are typically 3 different areas that influence us to workout and stay in shape, I have put together a quick summary of these to show how they can be a driving force.

Health
We all want good health to have a long lasting enjoyable life but what we don’t understand or have been misinformed about is how our food is prepared. Meaning from the way it is raised to the way that it is grown and handled, in this day and time, we are rushing the way food is raised or grown because of the number of people that that has to be fed. Whether it be hormones, growth enhancers, or just chemical treatments to limit the top 5 bugs or viruses that may attack the foods as they grow.
Understanding where your food comes from and how it is prepared is probably one of the hardest but most important things that we can to, this is one of the main reason why I started this article and why I care about the truth along with the well being of what we eat and the supplements that we take.
I have put together a list of supplements that I recommend and that I take myself to stay healthy. These supplements help me by giving me the nutrients that my body needs which are either hard to get foods or just not in my budget to be able to eat. Eating the proper foods to obtain your nutrients can be very costly so this is where the supplements come into to play to help drive the cost down but still maintain a great balance to stay healthy. We can’t all have the best food but with today’s easy internet access, we have the ability to get great quality supplements to aid us in proper health and wellness.

Confidence and Perception
For a lot of us, we tend to exercise and get in shape to have confidence and have a good perception of yourselves. We want other not only to be healthy but we want other people to wonder, what is that person doing? It gives us a sense of pride and allows us to hold our head held high. This is not to say that if you are out of shape that you should look down on yourself because truth be told there is a way for everyone to reach whatever your goal is for health and fitness.
The key is first to set a goal and not to make it to far out of the scope that you get discouraged, you want to be able to achieve your goal so that you can set another goal and keep getting further and further until you are where you want to be. Once you have reached your goals then set a plan to maintain your achievements, so you don’t take a step back.
For most of us, having confidence is knowing that we are trying to reach our goals and doing everything that we can to be a better version of ourselves. It is the thought that we aren’t that hurts our confidence.
Confidence is important in life because the way a person hold themselves says a lot about what and where they can go in life, you don’t have to be in shape to be confident but it sure does help. Whether you are meeting a person for the first time or going for that dream job that you always wanted, having confidence is a critical factor in each of those examples.
