The Untold Secret To Build Muscle In Less Than Ten Minutes
It might take up to ten minutes to read this article but will give you all the tools you need to build muscle and help you reach all of your goals, from small to large, no matter what they may be. You may have heard or seen a lot of different programs or websites that claim the same but I am 100% sure that if building muscle is what you want to do then these practices will give you the best results.
The Untold Secret To Build Muscle In Less Than Ten Minutes
Kali Muscle is a prime example of someone who uses their own body weight to get massive results, if you know his story then you know he had to learn that the hard way but in the end that’s all he needed to succeed. He is an inspiration in his own right and does a lot to give back and help out where he can these days.
Workouts:
- Morning Stretching (Stay flexible)
- Morning Movements (Range to motion, Know your limits)
- Motivation (Music, Team workout, Routine workout)
- Push Ups (Slow Movement or Controlled Movements)
- Pulls Ups (Slow Movement or Controlled Movements)
- Squats (Slow Movement or Controlled Movements)
- Deadlifts (at least 5 sets of 3 to 4 reps)
- Running (Build a better cardio, improves intense workouts)
- Biking (Strengthen your knees)
- Barbell Bench Press ( at each 3 sets of 6 reps)
- Incline Dumbell Press (at each 3 sets of 6 reps)
- Flat Dumbell Flye (at least 3 sets of 4-6 reps)
- Resting between sets should be around 2 to 3 minutes.
- Take 1 week completely off every 8 to 10 weeks for full recovery.
Personally, I rely heavily on stretching. I want to be as loose and limber as possible to increase my power and decrease my chance of injury with straining something and with that being said, if you want to get the fastest results as far as muscle gain then use slow controlled motion on the retract or the down and then an explosive return for whatever workout routine that you are using. This will help break down the muscle faster so that when you are in a resting state or recovery state then your muscles rebuild even stronger.
Having the best recovery time is probably one of the best things that you can do after having an intense workout. The proper nutrients at the proper time are critical to having the best recovery time so that you can get the best out of your workouts and not be fatigued. An example of this would be Whey protein in the morning or day, casein protein at night while you rest, recovery protein after an intense workout for fast absorption. Understanding how nutrients effects your body is vital in helping you achieve the best results, this is why I have added clickable links below in the list to these items to link you to another page of the nutrient that you would like to learn more about.
Proper nutrients:
- Whey Protein (Dolce Whey)
- Recovery Protein (Goat Whey and Hemp Seed)
- Casein Protein (Slow absorption protein)
- Krill Oil (Krill Oil)
- Digestion (DigestTech)
- Proper rest (Smart Sleeper)
- Minerals (Key Minerals)
- Maintained Energy (ShroomTech Sport)
Recovery starts with the foods or supplements that you ingest, I’ve done my homework and I want to put the right nutrients in my body. Rehydration is one of the biggest things that people tend to neglect. If you workout properly but do not intake the proper nutrients then it negates the effort that you put into your workout, the equation is workout + nutrients + rest = Results
The results are all about the amount of effort that you put in, the effort to workout, the effort to get the proper nutrients, the effort to rest and stretch. In time everything will fall into place and become easier to do, but finding a pattern that best fits your day is one of the best things that you can do to aid in this process.
Untold celebrity tips:
Hugh Jackman: “One trick is to wear a heart-rate monitor when lifting and never let your heart rate drop below 140 bpm.”
Vin Diesel: “The first thing I do on location or vacation is to get a bike. I just do as much as I can to push myself.”
Sylvester Stallone: “There are endless exercises for arms, but the basics are the best- chin-ups and pushups.”
As I do show a few opinions of celebrities, it is only to show that people that depend on their body as a way to make a living, celebrities tend to find what is best for them and then add or subtract to get the best outcome that they can get.
The key is to get started because every day that you wait to do anything is a wasted day that you will never get back, why not make the best out of it?
Hi there. Thank you for providing a very in-depth article here. There are lots of interesting points you have pointed out. You really know what are you talking about. I agree with you, with those exercises you can really build muscle very fast if you stick to it. I might try it out myself.
Karlo,
Glad that you agree, I have been working out for 20 years and have tried all kinds of workout programs but to be honest the natural body weight exercises are the most cost effective and actually work the best when it comes to building solid muscle.
Thanks,
Shane
Dear Shane,
Thank you very much for this post. It has really helpful information. I am doing calisthenics since five years know and I know Kali from many youtube videos.
He is really strong and has a lot of explosive power, I agree totally with stretching. It gives me a lot of extra power and I feel that my muscles recover very quickly. I love the quote of Silvester Stallone that there are many exercises for arms and that the basics are the best. Chin-Ups and Push-Ups.
Thank you very much for the insights.
Have a great day!
Simon
Simon,
Great to hear from you, I thought that I would show a great example like Kali Muscle to give everyone an understanding that you don’t have to lift massive amounts of weights and put so much stress on your body, Doing natural body weight exercises are the best for us because we were made to be who we are.
Some of us get huge and some of don’t but all of us and be in great shape and feel wonderful about ourselves. Natural body weight exercises can produce even better results than lifting massive weight at a gym and plus it is safer.
Thanks
Shane
Great article and something I have been discussing with a friend of mine who is going to give it a go after xmas with a local lad who dose this type of training.
It really is something different and works your body in different ways you never though was imaginable.
Its funny you can spend time lifting weights going the gym for years working all those muscle groups but when it come to this type of training it is really something else.
As for myself I think I will be joining him too after xmas.
Good article
Joey,
Thank you for your kind words and I know we tend to put things off until….but until sometimes doesn’t come so it might be in the best interest to start asap to get the ball rolling.
I workout year round so that I never get to lack of motivation.
Thanks,
Shane
